Every vile word that came out of the 5th Princess' mouth hurt the poor Empress Mother like a blow to her heart.  So disappointed in her daughter.

That was a well-deserved slap lol. Poor Empress had to deal with such an arrogant daughter, and Consort Yue rightfully disciplined that princess

this is a true mother of nation. Tbis very good actress act the golden performance in the movie as Empress.

This storyline was brilliant. True masterpiece and so well acted. That 5th princess is a real piece of work, although I did feel they needed to give her harsher punishment. Also, I so needed Zisheng (with his sword out 😁) to be the one to lock her up in her palace

以後趙露思的戲劇可能看不到了！這該是代表作之一😢😢😢

Anybody else notice that when concubine yue slapped the fifth princess, that she slapped her so hard that her earring came out of her left ear.

If that spoiled/ arrogant 5th princess was my daughter, I would sentenced her to die by hanging or burning at stake and would personally see the execution myself even if it meant killing my own child that could bring more harm to society.
