Fenech was interrogated by the police in November 2019 and stood trial in 2026, when a jury found him not guilty of complicity and conspiracy in the murder of Daphne Caruana Galizia.

if Yorgen was found inocent he must have been telling the truth about Keith and Joseph so what happens now? will they be taken to court and proceeded against?

The way he reacts to the police interrogating him and his body language shows that he is afraid of no one, unlike what he is claiming. First he rudely snaps at the police and then he starts apologising

Iffffffff ....... he did not come up with the horrible idea to kill DCG, he should have at least stopped it by informing authorities...... That is how to stop a murder....

what happens now with Keith Schembri? if Yorgen is innocent we still don't know who the mastermind was behind the murder.

This is what the jury believed. This means that the jury dismissed and did not believe Melvin Theuma and Keith Schembri. We are living in the darkest years in the history of Malta's modern criminality.

The accused is very wealthy and can hire the best lawyers in the Maltese Islands. This is why he has been acquitted. Everywhere where there are private lawyers is like that: the rich always get the best lawyers and hence the best defence, Malta is not different.
