While searching for a place to live in Bangkok,

there is one phrase I heard the most.

“This rent… even as a Thai, I don’t understand it.”

Honestly, I was shocked too.

Is this price for real?

So, for this final episode, I’ve captured everything from a tour of my old condo to revealing my new home and a review of the rent negotiation!

There is even something my Thai friends said when I told them the results of the negotiation.

“Wow, that actually worked…? You’re amazing..!”
