Both employee and employer are violating the laws. If h1s return within the stipulated times when project ends, then there won't be need for the employers who run body shopping exploillting these people . This new Case is interesting.  Employer with one Employee (just this employee), supported him for 1.5 years and then now on social media because of that Employee and a Reporter?  Where as Employee in 2024 all of a sudden finds an Employer (with 0 Employees), gets Visa sponsorship, works there 1.5 years, after 1 Year realizes he is getting charged more, and wakes up now  after 1.5 years that he has been getting harassed and runs to Social media Reporter for help?  Wonder what happened behind the scenes.
