Quick information for everyone, as I didn't mention it in the video itself: This speech is far from complete. According to the catalogs of the German Broadcasting Archive, the total duration of Hitler's speech is 48 minutes. However, the archive itself only has 34m 15s of his speech. Excluded from this are the introductory words by Goebbels and the words of thanks at the end by Robert Ley. The German Broadcasting Archive has a total duration of the broadcast of 38m 34s (according to the directory as of 2000). This means that even the archive does not have a complete version of the broadcast (only sound recording).

However, the video and sound recording shown in this video is the most complete one available to my knowledge. It is a compilation of all the film and sound recordings available to me. (The initial scenes before the speech were taken from 2 different film recordings and were put together by me. So I combined them into one. That's why a text is shown twice at the beginning before the rally is opened by Goebbels.) The recordings have been put together in as correct a chronological order as possible. Many of the recordings available on the Internet are of very poor quality, heavily edited and incoherent. This video should therefore be the best and most complete you can currently find anywhere. But keep in mind that it is still heavily edited, incoherent and incomplete!

Feel free to download it.

If we didn’t know any better I’d say he’s talking about the world today

The biggest "I told you so"

90 years later and this sounds like it’s spoken about todays world

Teacher: Tomorrow you'll give a speech in the assembly, don't get too political.

Me:

Look at the hell we live in now

Can't say the dude was a liar

In dieser Qualität und Länge noch nie gesehen, vielen Dank für dieses Zeitdokument.

when you compare the spirit, intelligence and content of his speech to the insane and empty babbling of tRump's ramblings.....when they compare him to H, it is an insult to one of the greatest orators in history.

Excellent audio and video reconstruction of this historically important speech which has been 'vandalized' and messed up for years. Thank you for all the work.

Like Kennedy said "he had in him the stuff of which legends are made"

We should have fought with him, now our countries are unrecognizable and can’t even live a simple living

Abgefahren ich glaube ich habe den Mann noch nie so lange am stück unkommentiert reden hören, interessant.

We keep getting a longer version, soon a whole 1 hour video will be available

schön dass dieses wichtige Zeitdokument wieder zurück ist

my bro is always like: "Why did people listen to Hitler? I know I would never."
and then I say: "You and I would've probably gone listen to him and raised our arm like we meant it, because we'd have believed in him."

Remember that Britain declared war on Germany - not the other way around.

German and English subtitles are very helpful especially for someone who’s learning German and interested in History Thank you for your work.

Man kann soviele aktuelle Parallelen ziehen. Mein Gott...
