my cheat code is hooking the PW into my harness while i'm floating in the water. then I have both hands free and can climb up on the board. the pw is either over my head or ideally sitting with one tip touching the water in the direction I want to go.   Then I climb up with both hands, then I can one hand start while still in the harness.  High  harness really helps. I learned this from a buddy in Hood River.    try and enjoy. make is super easy and save your shoulder ;)

That was my first parawing too. The north will definitely catapult you onto foil but every other parawing that I have tried since has been much easier to use.

Excellent PW primer- thanks 🤙🏼

Great suggestion for developing speed Rob, made me rethink the way I was imagining how to get on foil. With my back issues it’s a challenge but that’s what makes me more determined to nail this. Awesome tips.

Great tips and tricks!

Thank you for sharing Rob 🙏 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

Hey Rob, those conditions look awful!  Thanks for the tips on getting going on a sinker board; I'm going to try that next time it's windy enough.  For the jibes, there's a technique that works great in lighter winds to turn the parawing by grabbing one of the c-lines with your backhand while pulling the bar up with your front hand.

Nice video!  I’ve always thought that the parawing would make a great self rescue option if your wing ever failed.

Really interesting video, loved to se your insights and take on this. By the way really love your board shape! Interested in knowing the full dims. You said 70L  guessing 5´0 x 22?

7:33 every time I try to lean on the Board with the parawing touching the water, the Board goes immediately over the Lines… any suggestion ?

Hi! Most video’s I see talk about getting into parawinging coming from wingfoiling. How hard is it to start parawinging without experience in wingfoiling or kitesurfing? I am really interested in the parawing, looks so nice. But, honestly, I want to skip the wingfoiling part.
