Lol... if you look weird enough people stay away. Thanks for sharing your mini sketching tips and supplies.

I especially like the pencil with sharpener built in. As far as looking cool with a fanny pack on.....at 67 I have given up looking cool and only want to paint! My usual outdoor painting kit is haphazard and I tend to grab pencils and art journal and put them in my backpack. It is usually a mess. I am going to make a smaller kit and it will be much more convenient. Danke

I don’t care what people think ..    that is a cool set up.. I take a small kit that fits in my pocket.. I just have to find pants that have cargo pockets..

It's like a bug out bag for artists.

If you look weird enough - my new life motto! Thanks for that :)

Well thought out ideas, small and easy to use. Thanks

Great ideas, here. I hadn't considered a pack that size but I can see it has some advantages.

Just started watching the video - I must say, I am loving the landscapes I can sneek-peek into that little compact sketchbook!
I only saw a couple and they looked experienced, if that makes sense. The brushstrokes and the shapes I could see in the paintings looked like you did them comfortably because you probably have been landscape painting so many times. That's the impression they gave to me. Also the colours were very pleasing to see. It is delightful when one can see this tipe of work. I like it and it's inspiring. Thank you

"Wenn du seltsam genug aussiehst, dann wirst du in Ruhe gelassen." Lach! Perfekt!

Thank you Julia. I too like to be inconspicuous. 😊 And funny fanny packs...  I appreciate your tips.

This is my favorite every day sketching kit video! I also love your voice, it’s very soothing:)

Love this tiny solution to keep minimal supplies ready to go.  Thanks for sharing and you sketchbook is lovely ☺

this is a great video, I really enjoy watching how other artists work and hearing about the tools they use :-)

I loved this video.  I picked up some good ideas like the support board.  Very inspiring.  I love your sketches as well!

Omg-osh I love it all, and esp your funny comment on looking weird with your fanny-pac to keep people at bay. 🤣
I have taken more and bigger amounts out including easel and don't particularly care for all that extra baggage, so looking forward to creating your mini kit.

Awesome travel bag..I'm also at the age that I dont care what others think of me..so I quite enjoyed your humor of what you wear to keep others from coming up to you...I find it funny as when your drawing outside so many people like to watch you...personal myself I think it's a innate love of seeing art being created by a artist that others enjoy watching...many art blessing to you today...🎨✍

I was never cool. I have loved fanny packs for decades. :) I think they are coming back in vogue..

Great set up

Nice. Very practical 👍🏼

A small folding stool is also good to have. There are some simple lightweight folding ones that are easy to carry. I find I am more likely to paint if I can sit otherwise its a photo and paint it back in the motel.
