The fact that Joel’s first thought when seeing a chicken was to feed it a seed really shows how much people can grow lol

It really shows you just how weird Minecraft is when you fit an entire village in only 6 boxes...

The fact joel is 500+ days in and hasn’t popped a single totem, he is truly amazing at Hardcore, as much as he says the opposite

i didn't know how much i missed joel naming animals silly names in his series until i saw Dingleberry Dan... may he live a long happy life and eat lots of hay

“Say Joel, why are the hardcore videos taking so long?”
Joel: “He he he…” Transforms an entire Village by episode 7

really like the way you're walking through builds instead of timeslapsing everything, helps to get a better idea of your ideas behind your designs

I absolutely love the way Joel plays hardcore! All of the buildings are incredible, there are a great amount of distractions and his level of comedy is immaculate

quick note joel for the beginner enderman farms before youve built the big one you can make a 3x3 area 2 blocks above the ground and cover the ground around you with boats, you look at them and they try to get to you but get in the boats and start suffocating- it works really well for the low effort!

This world has some of the best builds you have ever made tbh

there's something about a good old village makeover that is just so cozy to watch. i really like the mangrove roofs and the glazed terracotta accents - it feels a bit like you're trying to push the boundaries of what you usually build with in this series and i'm really enjoying seeing you grow :>

congratulations on surviving this long!! i can't wait to see what's next in store for this world.

3:20 rare sight: Joel being NICE to a chicken?!

Is no one going talk about how Joel was nice to that one chicken 😳

Joel: I’m terrible at hardcore
Also Joel: I have survived 504 days / 91 real life hours

Also the builds in this world are amazing keep it up

Wow Joel! That village has had a massive transformation. I love how you distract yourself before you even get into the village! 😂❤

after just bingeing the 1000 days videos seeing joel feed a chicken gave me whiplash

I am so jealous of your building skills. I'll get there some day. Also..... is anyone else thinking that these villagers got it so good that it might even have it better than us?

ngl, the little moment where he gave the chicken some seeds and said "here ya go, fella" made me smile

also, don't forget that villagers see trapdoors as full blocks and try to jump on them, so using trapdoors as railings for stairs might be a bad idea because all the villagers will jump off them and get hurt and slowly die

That village looks great!
You could add a quarry to show where the masons get their stone

“I’m not good at hardcore minecraft”.     Hasn’t used a single totem. Has full netherite and an elytra.

(I can’t spell)
