As a young nursing student from the Bronx your hustle and dedication is inspiring

Omg as an ER Tech, this is so real. Most nurses don’t have a sense of urgency!!

Back to back videos?! You have truly blessed me 😩😍🥰

I completely agree. I’ve worked in the ER for about 20 years and started traveling in 2020 during the pandemic. As a traveler, they don’t just put your license at risk by giving you unsafe or heavy assignments, they’re also putting the patient’s life and safety at risk, and that’s the part I’ve never appreciated about traveling.

Unfortunately I can relate. I started counting down the days of current assignment 2 weeks in 🫠. Love your content btw ❤

You experience pure “racism” and it’s sad “we” have to experience that when all we’re trying to do is do our job! It shows how they don’t care and how they don’t take “us” serious. It’s like they want us to prove a point.

Thank you so much for making this video, I became and ER nurse straight out of nursing school and related to every single point in this video. Things like this caused me to have anxiety that I didn’t have before and made me so scared for my license and I feel like no new grad nurse should ever have to go through that. This video help me feel less crazy. Thank you ❤❤❤
