Great handling upgrade is the FDF or Battle Garage anti-squat correction brackets. The rear suspension on these share parts pretty much with all 08+ Subarus and correcting that geometry for RWD makes the car more comfortable in addition to putting power down better. Might as well do the whiteline subframe inserts at the same time since you're already unbolting the front half.
I carried the same transmission(from an Rx8) out of a junkyard and nearly passed out
