Well said Mam, government cannot even look  after South Africans  but is opening up the floodgates to millions of foreigners with no system in place.  ANC must fall.

Ban this NGO'S  , they have  a hidden  agenda.   Who funds  these  NGO'S to go to court.....I think  they are danger  to national  security.....NGO'S    are  banned  in many countries

the South African government incited violence!

We love u jacinta u are the best we love  from joberg

ANC will rather look after foreign interests instead of our interests... Our government is dog shit to be honest...

Jascionta makes so much sense, I don't understand how all she's been saying has been labeled and idk how all these journalists are also asking wack questions.

My full support for Jacinto Ngobese-Zuma and her family and March and March

The South African government is not going to win against the people of South Africa

We love you Jacinta ❤ may God keep you safe 🙏🏻

If ever south africa was not clear about who the trouble comes from, now they know. The ANC must fall.

Jacinta for president

The biggest problem is that the ANC has  internalize the UNITED STATES initiatives into our country

The law to legalize illegality is rubbish

DO NOT VOTE ANC, EFF, DA, MK, PA  !

The worse is they don't care about south Africans at all busy spending money on migration what about the people who are outside south Africa want to come back did Ramaphosa think of them

THANK YOU JACINTA THANK YOU PHAKELAMTHAKATHI, THESE POLITICIANS CANNOT BE TRUSTED ANYMORE WE SHOULD BE VERY CAREFUL, THEY ARE IGNORANCE IS WORKING AGAINST US.

Under international law, the term economic migrant isn't a formal legal status like refugee. It refers to someone who leaves their country primarily to improve their financial or social well-being. Unlike refugees, who are protected from being returned to places where they face persecution, economic migrants don't have an automatic right to enter or stay in another country. Their entry is subject to the immigration laws and policies of the host nation.

I love the heart of Jacinta. She is a spirit of some kind, so precious so rare❤

Radio 702::   QUESTIONS THAT NEED ANSWERS ABOUT ASYLUM SEEKERS IN SOUTH AFRICA

If men are coming to South Africa claiming to be fleeing war and persecution in their home countries, then some important questions need to be asked.

If their countries are unsafe, what has happened to their wives and children who remain behind?

If their wives and children are living safely in their home countries, does this raise questions about whether the men are genuinely fleeing a war zone or whether their circumstances are different?

If the situation is so dangerous that these men have to seek asylum thousands of kilometres away, why are their families still there?

Are their families living in genuinely dangerous conditions, or are they living in areas that have not been directly affected by the conflict?

If the families are safe, does that suggest that the men may have left for reasons other than fleeing immediate danger? What evidence supports their individual claims?

Are the men seeking protection from persecution, escaping specific threats, or leaving for economic and other reasons?

How do South African authorities verify the circumstances behind asylum applications and assess whether applicants qualify for protection?

What happens to the wives and children who remain behind, and are efforts being made to reunite families where appropriate?

Here is the central question: If a man claims asylum because his country is at war, but his wife and children remain safely at home, should that not prompt further questions about the nature of his claim?

The answer is that it may justify further investigation, but it does not automatically mean the claim is false. A war may affect some regions more severely than others, and a person may face individual persecution even when their family is safe. Each application must therefore be assessed on its own evidence.

South Africa has a responsibility to protect people who genuinely qualify for asylum, while ensuring that the asylum system is not abused.

We are not saying every male asylum seeker is dishonest. We are asking for transparency, proper verification and accountability.

If the reason for seeking asylum is war or persecution, the public deserves to understand the circumstances—not through assumptions, but through facts, evidence and a fair assessment of every case.

Children were poisoned and will die again. How communities acceot this and support Spaza Shops is beyond me.
