🇳🇵 *What the media isn't showing after the disaster in Nepal.*

After traveling through the areas devastated by floods and landslides, I'm continuing my report, getting closer to the residents of **Trishuli and the affected communities in Nepal**.

This time, I want to show you another reality: **what happens after the disaster**, when families have lost their homes, survivors are searching for a place to sleep, and aid efforts are beginning to take shape.

I meet Nepalese people who have lost everything but who still manage to smile. Some are still trying to salvage what remains of their homes. Others are now living in makeshift shelters.

One resident explains to me why some people weren't able to flee sooner when the disaster struck.

Witnesses also tell me about the violence of the water and the gigantic waves that reportedly swept through some areas.

I then discovered the organization set up to help the survivors: distribution of mattresses, aid centers, registration of those affected under tents, and the intervention of the **Red Cross**.

I also met a man tasked with bringing back the bodies recovered after the disaster.

But amidst all this destruction, life goes on.

We shared a meal, I discovered a Nepalese breakfast based on rice, and I spent time with those who were simply trying to rebuild their daily lives.

This second part of my report shows a side of the disaster that is much less visible: *the aftermath, the survivors, the humanitarian aid, and the daily reality of the affected inhabitants.*

🙏 If this report helps to raise awareness of what the people of Nepal are currently experiencing, please share this video.

And tell me in the comments which encounter or story touched you the most.
