Calming Pink Noise and Brown Noise for Sleep, Focus or Stress Relief, autism support.

🧸💕 A little about brown & pink noise
Brown noise has a deeper, softer sound than white noise, while pink noise has a balanced, soothing quality. Some autistic, ADHD, and sensory-sensitive people enjoy these sounds as part of their sensory environment, particularly when they want something consistent and less distracting.
You might find this helpful for:
• winding down before sleep
• creating a calmer environment
• staying focused while working or studying
• reducing distracting background sounds
• taking a sensory break
🌿 Finding the right volume
Everyone experiences sound differently, so start quietly and increase the volume only if it feels comfortable. You can listen through speakers or headphones, and there’s no need to listen for a specific amount of time.
If the sound starts to feel uncomfortable, too intense, or overwhelming, turn it down or stop listening. Your comfort comes first.
Inside this video:
• 3 hours of continuous pink & brown noise
• No interruptions
• A soothing animation hand-drawn by me, an autistic artist
• The calming presence of Boocta the black cat, and Coogloaf, the ghost
💗 Sensory needs are different for everyone, so this may not be the right sound for you — and that’s completely okay. You’re welcome to explore my other ambience and sensory-friendly videos, or let me know what kind of sounds you’d like me to make next.
