GM just released the specs on their new 8.3L Mongoose and we are down in Texas to check it out!

Join me for a quick look at this Sierra HD as we talk about all the new features for 2027!

Thanks to GMC for doing a press walk-around for us today and for their big display at the State Fair of Texas / Texas Auto Show.

Shout out to the Texas Auto Writers Association (TAWA) for inviting me down for this event again!

You would have to be an absolute fool to buy a modern chevy. 6.2 says so. Quality says so. Reliability says so. I your father say so.

who leads and everybody has to follow, its always GM, i heard now ford is going to make a new 8.0 super duty, againn its chevy always changing the game

It’s gonna consume double the DEF. I would buy one and register it somewhere that doesn’t require emissions immediately, then delete everything 😂😂😂😂

I wonder what the gvwr will be cause the curb weight must be heavier and especially the carrying weight needs to be updated to carry more weight my truck is a 6.6 diesel 4x4 2500hd and my truck has te tow package with 11550 total gvcwr and it weights 8130lbs so the engine must be heavier

Sad that this kick-ass Duramax is hooked up with the FAKE, Stamped by Allison, GM-Ford-designed and built transmission. Thats right, Allison was paid to "STAMP APPROVAL" on the transmission. No, Allison had nothing to do with this transmission's build and design!!!

I’ll keep my 2026 Roush F250, thanks! What’s with those awful Yellow Reflectors on the Fender Flares?! Reminds me of a 1980’s 10 Speed! 😂

Who wants this? More junk from GM loaded with tech AND it sucks up the gas. Fair warning: people will be laughing @ anyone who buys this truck.

The avg Semi tractor makes 500 horse & 1,700 lb-ft of torque. Soon we'll see 3500 pick-up trucks pulling semi-trailers. Only 30,000 lbs though. Can't relate.
