I love how you buy a fight pad when Tekken 8 is your first fighting game and getting into it lol

you were actually very fun to watch. I especially liked your thought process about overcoming matchups and breaking down what you need to adjust. That takes a lot of skill and discipline to do

As a 20-plus year Tekken vet (Tekken gene activated at birth, lol), THANK YOU for saying this.

One of the biggest issues I have with Tekken, especially compared to other 3D fighters, is that it does little in-game to teach you how to REALLY play it, apart from "hit these buttons to attack". With as much as you absolutely need to learn to get better, having a guide in game to show you how to get off the damn ground (there's like nine wakeup options, all of which are important to higher-level Tekken) would be insanely helpful.

Also, Bruce Irvin needs to come back. I haven't had my main in Tekken in over TWELVE YEARS, and it hurts.😢

You’re using a fightstick? That’s fancy hardcore. Very cool.

Decided to try out Tekken after a decade myself. I can honestly say, it's got my attention. I main Reina as well. She's definitely puzzle. But, 30,000 hours and you'll master anything.
So good luck, and practice.
