Ansonsten eine gute Zusammenstellung, wenngleich nicht ganz fehlerfrei (siehe Labskaus). Was auffällt sind die Preise. Damals war das Geld noch was wert, selbst die Alu-Chips in der DDR. Heute muss man schon größtenteils die oft fälschlich in € ausgezeichneten Preise (es waren Mark) mit 7 multiplizieren, wenn man die Gerichte überhaupt noch bekommt.
Als "russisch Ei" bezeichnet man dagegen ein gekochtes Ei in Aspik, was in der Regel auf einer darunterliegenden Schicht Wurstsalat serviert wird
