Pretty great first vid, all things considered. Fix up that bitrate image quality problem and I wouldn't really be able to tell this from an established, 100k sub channel. Keep up the good work!

I realized how useful pit traps are recently. If I see a predator I stop, build a pit trap, then run it into the pit trap. Mark it on the map and move on.
By the time winter is rearing it's head in the first year I have dozens of trapped animals marked on the map for easy harvesting

So glad I stumbled on this channel, this was a very enjoyable watch. I love the long-form narration format and aside from the bit-rate (which I've seen has been fixed in the new videos) it's really good. Have you done this before? Ouch, I have a couple of questions:
1. Are you using an AMD Graphics Card? (I stopped using my AND because of poor recording on OBS and the last one caught fire because of an AMD update).
2. Which recording software are you using? (I use Action and OBS)
3. Which Video Editor are you using? (I use Powerdirector (steam version, it doesn't have the damned subscription requirement and it's easy to use)
4. When rendering the video did you specify DPI, MBPs and File Type?

Regarding the game, I recommend the: Better Bear Meat mod.
