If the argument is that copyrighted material can sometimes appear incidentally within someone else's work without permission, where should that line be drawn for people sharing images online?
I'm not claiming the photographer infringed anyone's copyright — that's a legal determination. But given the allegations being made against Audioholics, I think it's a fair and relevant question worth asking.
