The Architect | Episode 1: Building the Foundation
A new chapter begins.
After earning promotion from Hull City's academy, Adrian Kole steps into professional management for the very first time. From contract negotiations and board meetings to tactical planning, recruitment discussions, and pre-season preparations, every decision shapes the future of the club.
Despite facing Aston Villa, AS Roma, and Manchester United in a demanding pre-season, the results don't tell the full story. A new identity begins to emerge, academy graduates are given their opportunity, and Adrian's vision starts taking shape.
But with three defeats from three matches, questions begin to surface. Can his commitment to youth succeed? Is the club ready for the Championship? And are difficult decisions already dividing opinion?
This is only the beginning.
