He was orphaned at age 7 and raised himself on the streets of a poverty ridden city in Phililpines. He started singing to ease his fear and loneliness. He cleaned chicken coops to survive,  and the chickens became his first audiences. He is completelyself-taughtt and has had no musical training of any kind. He sings in 6 languages, multiple male and female voices, and all genres of music. He has a charity that reaches the poor and in need people in The Phillipines where he actually works himself in building houses, etc. What is so remarkable is that in spite of everything he has been through, he remains kind, humble, and gentle. He is an amazing man.  He was teased by the engineers about his high voice & was spitting it out at the end. Watch him on AGT as he blue the judges minds away with the same song. Thanks for your video.

WE ARE WAITING FOR MORE MARCELITO POMPY SONGS:face-blue-smiling:

The only man on the planet that could simultaneously win award for best male and female singer. He is famous from Americas Got Talent.

His voice is crazy!

Yes, most people who see this cannot believe it either.  He's simply THE GOAT.  He sings in several voices in several languages effortlessly. I have seen him in concert 3x in Toronto and the videos DO NOT DO HIS VOICE ANY JUSTICE.  Proud to be Filipino.  Cheers from Toronto,  from his BIGGEST FAN IN CANADA.

The range OMG 😱 he can do a duet by himself.

There are so many singers in the phillipines that can sing sing

That's pretty impressive when you can sing a duet all by yourself.

Fantastic range but... the way he could change voices and languages... amazing.

The Vocal change ups are truly unbelievable, but what really amazes me is the Mental Gymnastics necessary to sing in two different languages ( which he couldn’t speak when he learned this song) while thinking in a third, his own language…and still flip back & forth flawlessly..

Our 🎉🎉 in born talents proud to be a filipino ❤❤

The fact that he is sitting with that voice like that. Amazing

He join America's Got Talent, he sang that on his audition, all of the judges got shocked.

Little background on marcelito, he was homeless and survived by singing. He is also self taught. Maybe he has taken some classes now after he has got famous (im not sure) but to do this without any kinds of singing lessons is incredible 😊 he sang this on agt and everyone was shook 😂 including me when i saw the performance, probably just as shook as you are right now 😊😂😊

He was homeless from age 7 to age 24. He literally would sing for food. He won a singing competition with that song and he's homeless no more. At the time of this he still spoke no English or Italian. So the only way he knew what he was singing is if someone told him his language. I've been listening to him for 8-10 years. It's always fun to see people's reaction to his voice. Have a great day.

Yes he was born for this two different voices singing two different languages both which are not even his native language pure talent he went on America's got talent

And his Italian is Spot On.

Philippines is the home of singers

He hit you to the core,  I know it.
