To answer the flag waving in the wind on the moon landing question. In space there is no air resistance. When the flag was moved side to side to plant it in the moons surface it creates a ripple effect. As air resistance is absent there is no force to slow this down. The same way that when you jump in space you would never stop if you didn’t have anything to catch you. This is why it looks like there is wind but in reality it’s just the way space works!
