Ren – Animal Flow | WHAT DID I JUST WATCH?!| First Reaction @RenMakesMusic

The Ren Gill Rabbit Hole continues! 🕳️🔥
This time, I’m diving into “Animal Flow” by Ren — and this one took me somewhere I definitely wasn't expecting. This Orwellian/ Kubrick blend in REN's mind was extraordinary.
Ren has already shown me that he can switch between rap, storytelling, singing, and completely different styles of performance… but Animal Flow is another side of his creativity.
In this first reaction, I’m taking in the flow, wordplay, delivery, rhythm, energy, performance, and the sheer creativity behind it.
And yes… I have questions. 😂
What did I catch? What went completely over my head?
👇 Renegades, tell me what I missed and where I should go next!

This was the song that introduced me to Ren!! Thank Dog for weird YouTube algorithms:face-red-heart-shape:and the fact that I like weird music. I was instantly hooked. Great reaction Roman Love you pickuped the feel of Kubric vibes Anthony Burgess and you probably will catch the Animal Farm - Orwell vibes as well after a couple viewings they are 2 of Rens fave authors along with Kurt Vonnegut - Slaughterhouse Five📚📖

Hey Roman 👋Been waiting for you to see This one 😉 Animal Farm meets Clockwork Orange to a 🔥 Beat in another Brilliant One Shot Video. Definitely one of my favourites from Our Boi REN ❤️. Great reaction " You rock !" as always Sir 🤝 Thank you Anthony in Grimsby England

The song is inspired by A Clockwork Orange (Ren is a huge Kubrick fan) but the video leans into nimal Farm for most of it imagery. A perfect mashup with Ren's lyrics and performance bringing it altogether. The accoustic of this one is seriously good as well. Thanks and peace from the UK.

Great reaction Roman, you picked up on a lot of Easter eggs for a first watch (yes, that is the correct term!). Spot on with Clockwork Orange too! Incredible video, can you imagine coordinating that many people for a one take? Insane! 🤪😂

This is so catchy; so catchy in fact it’s been played on National Geographic Africa channel, on an Australian Mitsubishi Triton car advert, at the end of Netflix series The Girlfriend and in a Welsh/English drama called Mudtown 😃

Our boi is incredible; I keep saying this ‘cos I can’t think of another way to describe the talent. The joke is that the guy tied up is the one Ren kidnapped in Murderer 🤣.
Yes, there’s definitely a nod here to Clockwork Orange. Ren has said his favourite directors are Stanley Kubrick, Martin McDonagh and Quentin Tarantino. This building was also used in Violet’s Tale. The lyrics and best are fantastic! Thanks for great reaction. There’s an acoustic version too. Peace from the UK 🥰👍

This song is just a banger. Hard beat. Killer flow.

Renegade present ❤ there is a acoustic one too.

It's all themed around Animal Farm by Orwell and then Clockwork Orange from Burgess with the outfit. It's such a proper homage to British dystopia and then just great bars and flows. So many Easter eggs - everything is so intentional. And a one shot video just to add an extra complex element.

Everyone's gonna be telling you, rightly, to do the acoustic as well because its such a cool live video and the same for Genesis. When you get to Murderer, consider doing a double reaction with the live acoustic too.

The Live Acoustic is recorded on the back of a moving Bus 🚌😅 and my personal preference out of both versions 💯🤯🔥🤌🙏💪🐝🍀🦄

You MUST check out Masochist. One of my favorites. ❤❤❤

It will definitely get stuck in your head. Speaking from experience 😅
The writing on the wall at the beginning are the rules from Orwell's Animal Farm.
