Thanks for the discount code for the Dragy Pro. I will let you know when I get the 800NK running again what the bike actually runs. Hope you still get kickbacks from the code.
You really need to put some forged rims on it with good tires, it gets stupid when you drop a bunch of unsprung weight. The 800NK is 1,465-1,470mm, so not as small as the 675NK. Great review as usual.
I've clocked 20k km on a 675SR with commuting and a fair amount of track days & races. Completely stock. Took it from my mechanic yesterday after a weird power loss. Some parts wear out quickly. The crankshaft had traces of overheating. Valves were in a perfect state. No adjustment was needed. OEM chain was ass. Had to replace it at 8k km. Throttle cable is falling apart rn; ordered a replacement. Air filters wear out very quickly (5k km) but are very cheap. Had some issues starting the bike. Sometimes it took around 5-6 tries to start it. It wasn't a problem with the battery. Looked more like an ECU mixing the fuel the wrong way. The problem happened only in hot weather. It kinda disappeared on its own but then was replaced by another issue. It has a noticeable dip in power after a cold start and a short warm-up at the bottom of the RPM range. Gets fixed on its own after 10 minutes of riding. Also looks like an ECU issue. Recently, I had an issue with power at high speeds at my local track. It stopped accelerating and raising RPM after 4th gear. So the top speed I got was around 185 km/h on a straight where I previously reached 230 km/h. We checked the entire engine, fixed some glaring, obvious issues like air leaks, and replaced the plugs. The power loss got fixed, but we're still not sure what the reason was. There were signs of overheating; my latest oil batch got burnt quite a lot. Our assumption is that the stock ECU is so EURO5+ biased that the lean mixture ruins the motor by overheating. Getting the 3rd set of spark plugs as of now
Im looking at this bike as my next from my current z400. I love my 400 but a bit more power would be nice. I have almost 35k miles on it without issue. Thanks for the review.
I own A1 euro 5 after just 5k KM, i got two issues it burns oil and randomly after rests, i turn on it again it runs at 4k RPM non stop, till i shut it down and turn on again.
I own a clx 250 and the suspension on that tend to turn the smoothest of surfaces into a bit of a lottery. I was wondering if the 675 does the same thing ?
i was very close to buy it this summer but it was bit to small for my current shape. Went with old bike this time. Maybe next year but i realy like Q.J. srk 421 naked, i know its less powerfull but i really like inline 4s...
