They found out the backrooms has oil in it

Absolutely beautiful. Love how the soldier gave his life to protect many more. A true legend. He will go down in history.

Also RIP to the troop who gave his life to protect others. Mad Braveness to them who knew they were going to die. But did it anyways to help the world

There’s a reason why Doomguy is so loved. When fearless characters fight back against the creatures of the night, the crowd cheers.

Great work! Also, I'm glad that when venturing into The Backrooms somebody finally had the bright idea to bring in some weapons!

fun fact: in the first bit, the song in the background matches the rhythm of the song "daisy daisy"

Finally, somebody making the backrooms wanderers more than just defenseless people.
It makes me satisfied seeing the humans fight back and retaliate the evil entities that lurk in the shadows of the backrooms.
Edit: Coming back to this comment... Woah, never thought so many people would agree with this.

This lore just keeps freaking growing, it's insane. I haven't seen this much action since the early days of SCP.

Love the fact that all 3 soldiers have the same blood tipe badge so they can share transfusions to each other’s in case of emergency

I love how this all started from just a computer generated image to an entire sequence of events and history.

everyone gangsta till you hear: “your the last one, complete the mission!”

Idea for Backrooms Entity: The Patrol

Found randomly wandering in Levels with suitable space, the Patrol look, act, and seem human, but X-Ray scans show that they have no bones, muscle, or skin, and when killed they deflate like a balloon. However, that doesn’t make them weak, as the have the same level of strength of similarly trained soldiers, the possess higher dexterity than normal, somewhat higher intelligence, and higher stress tolerance, but also the same durability as well. While they can talk, and are able to speak and understand the current language being used, the prefer not to, calling it a “Waste of Breath”, despite not having lungs. Heavy static is heard when they speak, despite not having a radio or walkie-talkie. No two groups of Patrol look the same when it comes to what Level they are found in, with Poolrooms Patrol having wet-weather gear, Level 1 having Urban Camo similar in color to the wall and floor patterns, Level 2 having the same camo as Level 1, but differently colored, etc.

Considered a highly rare find in the Backrooms, the only reason they were found was because of a distress signal sent out by a worker, with our employees find a missing worker, who was being guarded and tended to by said Patrol, who, while initially hostile to us, eventually become more… welcoming after it was explained why they were their, but not friendly.

The Patrol are normally neutral to humans, but if a Human they deem a “Threat” comes too close, they open fire, with a similar shoot-on-sight policy to the actively hostile entities. What and why a person can be considered a threat chances random, and has no base line. In one incident, an explorer was considered a threat, because he had an insulin pump, which was considered an “Recorder” by the Patrol. Some exceptions include carrying weaponry, recorders (unless covered), and having a criminal record, despite not having access to a database nor internet. However, if they a injured or dead human, the will take it back to the “base”, with said base unable to be found, even with tracking. Days or weeks later, the injured will wake up back in reality in their bed, with a note stating “You’re Welcome”. Dead humans or humans to injured to be considered savable, however, will be converted into more Patrol. The process is unknown.

Sometimes, a wanderer of the Backrooms may find a Patrol Outpost. The composition of the material used to make these are the same as the material found on the level, and will contain a dozen Patrols, with three or four personal being on patrol in a mile radius, always able to find their base, who state to be “Stationed” there. They are friendly to humans, but don’t carry a weapon on you, as they deem that a “Threat”. While rare to find, as they shift place to place, if one does, they are a considered to rescued, as they Patrol, after a few days or weeks, will transport them back to reality. The reason they do this is unknown, but when asked, they respond with “Classified Information”. If encountered when not injured, be cautious, and do as they say, as they will be more helpful when doing so.

I love this, only thing I dont love is the entities, they look…very out of place. Like something from dead space or halo

I like this concept where the military has decided to come in and go in to search what is in the Back rooms.
I actually want a part 2 now where the Military have put giant checkpoints and camps, using auto turrets normally used on tanks in the back rooms. Possibly even an action scene where a task force is made to investigate and find more of these backdoor entrances to other realities thus causing a huge series.

This was movie quality seriously. Absolutely INCREDIBLE! 10/10! The way the first entity revealed itself from the wall, was HORRIFYING, to then face those entities coming out at once! Loved the salute to the brave military guy that sacrificed himself to save the rest. Seriously emotional and POWERFUL!

THIS WAS AMAZING. just imagine the backstory behind all these troops they would of fought together for years and they had each others back. the part where he sacrificed was amazing and the other guy saluted man amazing.

This is like a movie, I actually felt sad when he left his friends behind, absolutely amazing work dude. The men look so real too, I can’t tell what CG or real anymore.

This feels like a trailer for an absolutely amazing game, well done man 👍

Soilder sacrifices himself for the other guy to escape and the one who escaped saluted to his fallen comrades just beautiful
