The only disappointment in SF6 is that they didn’t have a intro together or an interaction really. I know they didn’t go that route since SFIV but still. I live for the fist bump!

Ryu and Ken were my roles models throughout the 90’s. They both inspired me to take the path of martial arts decades later in life, I received my 1st Dan in Shotokan style fighting Karate. I’m still training to this day, another senior black belt in my dojo is a good friend, I consider him to be my ‘Ken’

Thank you Ryu and Ken for the positive impact you both had on me as a child.

Fun fact: Ryu and Ken was in every street fighter game.

Another fun fact: Chun li is the first playable woman in fighting history.

These two are the most irreplaceable characters in all of Street Fighter!

Man...I feel old knowing I've been around for 90% of these battles all these years.

On Street Fighter 6 Ken want a fist bump from his old pal, but Ryu ignores it

1:32 Alpha 3 headlock was my favorite as a kid

A rivalry that has lasted generations

35 Years of Ryu versus Ken.
All we need is "Sho".

3:19 vs looked cool

Here's to 36 more!

Imagine if they fist bump at 7:21 before the walkout

Ryu and ken  legendary rivary two of the greatest fighting game characters of all time 🔥🔥🔥👍

In Smash, players actually do the Ryu/Ken fist bump (just using their side taunts close up) before fighting. It just feel natural to do it.

One of the best friendly rivalries in a video game ever

SFV, 3rd Strike, and CvS is goated

Ryu and Ken are the series mascots along with Chun Li and that's because Chun Li was the first female fighter

The best rival character in gaming history.

Change my mind.

They better not kill these two off in
Any later Street fighter games.
Fans will rage.
