I like to notice which synth musicians play in concerts or on you tube.  Specially when they use old ones.

Meanwhile I'm sticking a black sticker on "MO" on my MODX7 😅

all the nursing homes will love the new logo

Looks really professional

Ronald Mael from Sparks has been doing this for decades. Changes the Roland font to RONALD

The sticker looks great , enjoyed the curse words, thought it was funny!

I always found those logos on the back of the keyboards sexy! Especially the Yamahas with the partially angled rear panel. For no particular reason, it just looks so cool to me and I always think to myself "I want to be that cool guy playing that Yamaha keyboard"! The icon part of the logo with the three tuning forks makes for one of the iconic and recognisable logos I have ever seen. Cheers!

I just want to rebrand to alternate universe names like Yermaher, Rutland, Borg and Spudential.

Totally agreed on the Roland logo! 😂❤

Looks great! I was kind of hoping to see the chatty device defenestrated. 😄

I have had the same logic for years. Whenever I use a carrier bag I turn it inside out to hide the shops branding

Looks great. I personally love the Korg logo and model names on all mine.

That came out really nice on the Yamaha.

“Oh FFS…” 😂😂😂😂

A very appropriate subject for me: one of my local care homes has a resident who insisted on calling me Roland “because it’s on the front of the piano”. When I mentioned to her that it isn’t my name she told her daughter who then complained to the home. Still don’t know what the problem was, maybe entertainers are not supposed to engage with individuals, 🤷‍♂️ but the home spoke to me and we have now mutually agreed to part company. So I’ve been looking at sticky name labels too.

Really appreciate this idea, Gary! Great idea and great execution! Btw hilarious back-and-forth with CharGPT ("Oh FFS!")!

Love your technique

I’m so glad someone feels the same exact way I do.  I’m a drummer, and I’ve always hated having the drum company’s name and logo staring at the crowd from the front bass drum head.  I can’t wait to get my custom logo printed. I’m getting a new bass head and stickers to put everywhere haha

... and the QR-Code works through the video. Smashing! Cheers!

This is a great project if you have a vinyl cutter too. One caution though: the adhesive on some stickers/vinyl can end up staining or damaging the finish on some plastics, and of course there's the risk that the adhesive gets left behind if you peel it off years down the road. Even in the best case you'll likely be dealing with some uneven fading in the plastic if you leave it on long enough.
