and get 20% off with code ELPHICK We’re off on a stayaway… and this one has a Badminton qualification on the line! 👀
In today’s eventing vlog I take my trusty girl Jam down to Bicton Arena for a BE100, but this isn’t just any event. It’s a Badminton Grassroots qualifier, so there’s definitely a little more riding on the result than usual.
Being a stayaway show also means this is a BIG vlog. Come along for the whole trip, from travelling and getting Jam settled in, to all the fun sleepover bits, behind the scenes at the show and, of course, the actual competition.
Once it was time to get serious, we had three phases to tackle and two pretty beefy jumping tracks waiting for us. Safe to say the day took me through just about every emotion possible. There were some real highs, a few lows, and plenty of moments where I wasn’t quite sure how things were going to turn out.
But I can tell you that by the end of it, I was rather elated with the final outcome… 👀
Jam has been such a trusty partner over the years, and days like this remind me why I love eventing with her so much. You really do have to take every phase as it comes, especially when there’s something as exciting as a Badminton qualification up for grabs.
It’s a long one, so get comfy and come along for the full Bicton stayaway experience. I think you’re going to enjoy this one! 🤍
