Crosby doing for Celebrini what Lemieux did for him 20 years ago

“Sidney Crosby saw something in this kid nobody else did”…. We all saw it brotha!🤣

9:20 No one saw the McMakMack line coming, it was glorious to watch.

Celebrini seems like a really good kid too.  Theres tons of videos out there of him and some of his younger teammates chucking pucks up to young fans and in his interviews he seems like a genuinely nice kid.  It could all be an act, but I don't think it is.

I haven't watched a ton of Celebrini play in the nhl, mostly highlights. But i have watched all of team Canadas games so far in the olympics and there is no question why he was picked to the team before Bedard. The forechecking of this kid is crazy good, how he stole the puck from the Swizz player and set up Mackinnons goal was a thing of beauty.

What’s crazy is his little brother is supposedly even better than him.

Celebrini probably has posters of Crosby on his walls!

😂😂😂😂 hey  sid who do you want ??? Yeah I'll take nasty nate and that new guy 😂 i love it. Sid is such a legend his coaches ask him what he wants..! That's mario and wayne treatment. Sid is going to probably hand over the C patch after this Olympics to connor McDavid. I love how sid has still earned his captain patch after all these years and look at the players on canada who chose  him to be the leader of that team. Anyone notice Sid doesn't ever get cheap shots around the league like he use to? I think this plays a huge part in his longevity. I'm so grateful for that. He has earned the entire hockey worlds respect and its great to see.

Anyone else notice HOW McDavid watched Sid talk about Celebrini? 😅
Great vid with some great points!
Celebrini is a thoroughbred you'd gamble on.
Bedard is also special and will carve out his own legacy.
These two will forever be compared and hopefully they will push each other to  further greatness the way Ovy and Sid have.

Who’s here after the quarterfinals and he’s averaging a goal per game!
ps. I’m a sharks fan so I’ve always been team celebrini

Sidney just wants a 71 with him one way or another. 😆

This kid is the real deal! Mike Greer has done a great job rebuilding the entire SJ locker room and Macklin's amazing work ethic has transformed an entire team. That sort of confidence is contagious and it's changed the whole vibe of the team. Are the Olympics here yet??? Great video Bucky!

The highest of honours getting the nod from Crosby himself. I absolutely love how Celly plays. I cannot wait to see where he is in his career when he is 30. He's THE stud of hockey right now.

This kid is scary good, I think he could win the Hart trophy

I knew he secured a spot on the Olympic roster as soon as I saw the on ice chemistry between Syd and Macklin last year during the IIHF Men's tournament. They were terrific line mates.

A critical factor was Celebrini  committement to 2-way hockey, something absent from Bedard game.

Celebrini, Crosby and Mcdavid in the same team, that's unstoppable

i think macklin and bedard on the same line would be game over. these guys trained in the offseason together, they have better chemistry than any other players. canada missed out.

Sydney Crosby in fact helped Celebrini, but He was far from the only one that saw something special in Him! Bedard, Celebrini and a few others are all going to be/are Superstars. NHL Fans are a very lucky bunch of People!
