I love how y'all visit old cemeteries and graveyards. Honestly there is no telling how many graveyards and cemeteries have been lost to nature. Much respect to what you guys do.

Well, no, time portal is what I was thinking The mind runs wild in situations like that, at least mine does. Glad Joy could go since she has relatives there. What a shame these places are left to grow over.

Basically, they told my family to leave Georgia. They lived along Chickamauga Creek in north Georgia. They left in the summer of 1837, arriving in Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, in October 1837. The next year, they forced the rest of the family to leave.
Although my Third Great Grandfather fought under Jackson at the Battle of Horseshoe Bend on the Tallapoosa River in 1814-15. If you run across the name Reese, most likely it is one of my family. So much for loyalty

And the suspense rises.  "And they never saw or heard from him again...."  I'm glad Mr. Dan is ok.  Was worried for a minute.  But I'm glad you found the cemetery.  It is a very thick thicket.  Thank you, Robert. for taking us along.

Love that y’all are exploring old sites and cemeteries! It certainly would be wonderful if some community volunteers could get together and clean them up and save old houses.  I worry that you need to carry more tools with you like a whisk broom and some hand pruners to get through the briars. Take care of yourself because we love you!❤
