It's so hard to tell with kids, when I was little my cousin told lies all the time about me hurting him, I never ever did, was always only kind to him.  I eventually would hide in the woods near my house and refused to play with him, my parents were so upset with me for not playing with him.  It is so important to monitor little kids diligently, some are very manipulative from day one.  My cousin grew up to be a nasty adult.

I am so disgusted by so many people taking "disability" from the states for YEARS and then trying to HIDE what they get! I had two knee surgeries and STILL went back to work-delivering mail!

42:58 the defendants mother is an awesome mom!

My dad born blind had a family even younger learned how to fix cars and televisions but as age come having to take disability due to something out of his control. I've watched my parents give 29 years together paying on their dream home and loosing it due to insurance not paying for diabetes meds and lots of specialized shoes socks meds lotions insulin pumps ankle braced special shoes (needed when he couldn't no longer feel his feet well enough to not feel pain or broken bones) without them he had many surgeries to his feet and was at a high risk of becoming sick and or looking them. He still walks to this day. He's an amazing strong man and I'm proud AF to call him that! Anyways it was about disability who do these doctors think they are approving all these people who just need counseling and support not free money compared to watching my parents loose over and over bankruptcy all over 140 k in medical bills in 5 years which in return w all the intrest they wouldn't have been paid off until 2087 as long as they made the minimum payments which that all they could as my father being blind made 76 k a year in 2005 and now gets close to 27 thousand a year.  They have had a lot of picking and choosing and my mom God bless her heart always took care of my father no matter how long she worked that week all is kids they don't have shit now but a car payment and a 1 bedroom apartment because they had a 3 but it cost so much to fucking live they can't afford it. Elderly should always get an automatic discounted rent everywhere. Let the state pay the other amount

42:30 What a nice lady, the mother is.

17:38 the mother is definitely the problem.

I had an X who told her son I wasnt his real father. It changed his own life. He hurt and I hurt for him! Shes Evel!!

Look up Christopher Shumway from the case at 14:55. He ended up murdering a woman in 2005.

Not guilty is innocent as far as the justice system is concerned.

Amazing lady with amazing emotions and all those ethics

I disagree with the babysitting. They definitely should have paid for her calls

1:06:18  this girl needs to pay up!

What kind of idiot takes 6 thousand bucks to school and leaves in it someone's car...

Sometimes the judge uses "maneuvers" to justify something she knows that is wrong and she contradicts herself based in her other similar cases.

My daughter as a teenager let a friend use her mobile phone ( on my contract) and he rang up a huge bill. He was in his twenties and refused to pay, so I made her repay me monthly. She had been told never to lend anyone her phone.  On the contract she could call us and four other nominated friends free ( he wasn't one of them) so before there were no call charges that needed paying.

Despite that, she lent him her phone again. I was monitoring the phone and immediately blocked her phone so she couldn't use it. She was furious but tough.

Clarissa's parents were wrong. They should have made her repay those call charges.

In other cases she has made parents pay for damages and told their child to get a part time job to repay their parents.

I think there was more history about the woman, as the mother was going to say more but decided to drop it.

This was definitely a surprise to me how Judge Judy didn't get Clarissa take any responsibility. The girl knew it was wrong but getting away with it.
