Game Wardens with the Missouri Department of Conservation were in plain clothes in Bennett Spring State Park when they observed two individuals departing, each carrying a limit of 4 trout. Shortly after, they returned with empty stringers and kept three additional trout.
In the end, Jerome was charged with taking or possessing over the daily bag limit of trout in a trout park. He pled guilty and was ordered to pay $55.50 in fines.
Randy was charged with fishing on a resident permit while not being a legal resident. He pled guilty and was ordered to pay $104.50 in fines.
