I know most of the content on this channel is focused on Master Duel and MDPro, but I'd also like to start bringing more TCG content to the channel. If that's something you'd like to see more of, let me know in the comments below!
This guide covers the deck's most important 1-card combos, along with different sequencing options and combo lines depending on the tech choices you decide to run, such as Spirit of Neos, the Vision HERO engine, Dugares, etc. I also included tips for navigating common hand traps and how to play around or through cards like Droll and Nibiru.
While Droll is still one of the deck's biggest weaknesses, Fountain gives HERO a new layer of resilience by allowing you to set up Dark Law for the opponent's turn even under Droll. As for Nibiru, it has been relatively weak against HERO for quite some time. Even if you do get hit by it, the only endboard piece you're typically losing is Chaos.
I also included deck lists for both Omni HERO and Neos HERO post-Fountain to serve as a foundation for your own testing and deckbuilding. On top of that, you'll find two additional Omni HERO variants for players interested in different deck sizes.
I'm incredibly excited about the future of HERO with Fountain, and the deck is only going to get stronger with the upcoming releases of Sabatiel and Clay Guardian.
If you have any questions about the combos, deck lists, or guide itself, feel free to leave a comment and I'll do my best to help. As always, hope you all enjoy!
