Dude 120 lbs down is a mega difference. That's around 20% drop in weight. With a good chunk of that being rotational weight that thing is going to rip! Rad bike man, wish I had met you guys when I lived back in NC and was messing with turbo'd bikes back in the day.

I love these drag build Chris keep it going and i do miss the black Mamba and the neon green 700whp turbo GSX-R1000! Black Mamba ran 6.3 at 233 mph and Neon green ran 5.96 at 229 mph in the quarter mile! Both awesome amazing bikes and what amazes me the most is how your able to handle that kind of power and speed without dying!

The only time I've ever been to Daytona somtime in the early '80s my brother and I rode GS1000s down from Michigan for Bike Week. Went out to the Cabbage Patch to look at the bikes there - lots of cops parked at the intersection.

A smallish guy came over and started bragging up how fast my GS (the one with a 4-1 Kerker exhaust, a small windshield and saddle bags) looked - he thought it'd probably be able to take his Z1 (his even had turn signals, he pointed out.) Luckily I didn't decide to run him and make that roll of cash in his pocket larger.

Later I read an article mentioning he came down from the Carolinas with his brother and they had a Pro-Stock winning motor in that Z1. Not sure but I think I'd just met Chris or one of his kin. Glad to see what they're up to now - thoroughly enjoy the show.
