1:53. This is the best death stare ever... say goodnight.

Due to a recent replay of BG3, I have fallen down a DnD rabbit hole and your videos are keeping me here 😅. I have learned so much because of your videos. The pacing, your tone, the photos, and the occasional voices you do just hook me in!

Other notable Red Dragons of the Forgotten Realms includes Velcuthimmorhar (Hephaestus). Drizzt had crossed him by tricking him into destroying Crenshinibon (The Crystal Shard), which left him blind. The Spellplague transformed him into a Dracolich, and he became known as “The Ghost King” then as he sought revenge against Drizzt.

Another extremely powerful Red Dragon of the Forgotten Realms, was Tchazzar, the Exarch of Tiamat and ruler of Chessenta. Being an Exarch, he was partially divine, and therefore insanely powerful (beyond that of even just being a Red Great Wyrm). He became trapped in the Shadowfell during the Spellplague, but was freed by the Brotherhood of the Griffin (particularly Jhesri Coldcreek). He became romantically infatuated with Jhesri, but he was weakened by Jhesri and slain during the Battle of Luthcheq.

I really enjoy the pace and tone of your voice , I find myself putting them on when I want to relax and just listen to something interesting , and I listen to them all multiple times because you lull me to sleep with the amazing even tone . You should make some longer edits together and title it “ D&D Lore to sleep to” I bet it would do big numbers

First! Great video man. Definitely one of the best red dragon videos I've come across, and those bastards are hella popular.

❤❤❤

I mean, one of the things I pitched at my players a few years back was how INSANE a nation that has a Red Dragon of any Adult or older age category would have to be to pick an open fight against one.

Not only would it take a massive army to pin the Dragon down and deal with its minions, but a Red Dragon specifically prefers to fight from the air, and there's precious few flying mounts that can be raised, fed and ridden in numbers that would enable soldiers to take down an Adult Dragon, and the Red Dragon would likely be firmly aware of such forces and consider Mortals taking to the sky an insult in and of itself, let alone flying to challenge the Red Dragon directly?

And even then, assuming the Red Dragon isn't slain outright, it will simply fly across the kingdom, outpacing all by the most elite units with the most magic and burn every farming village, lumber camp, mining town and trading post to the ground, slaughtering the people and their livestock and doing so much damage that even if the Dragon is eventually slain, there won't be a kingdom left to rebuild.

And then you've got the bandit groups, the cults, the rival nations and groups, other Dragons and the like to consider who will take advantage of the situation to either invade and claim territory, or aid the Red Dragon in the first place to curry favor and earn leniancy in future encounters with the Red Dragon.

Just pay the tribute, abase yourself before the Wyrm, and pray it moves on. There's no way that the Kingdom can survive open warfare with the Red Dragon, and unless you're volunteering to go and create a secret underground army equipped with a King's ransom in magical weapons, tools and armor to specifically kill this one Red Dragon in the place where it is most powerful and has arrayed its most powerful minions to protect its hoard, you can go pound sand and stop wasting our time.

Great lore, thanks

Amazing. :)

Thank you so much Red Dragon are my Favorite Tyrants

Forces of nature can seldom surpass what the ire of a Red Wyrm can wreak. As everyone knows,,,

Love your channel but it is hard to watch your playlists when youtube inserts a 10 minute ad per five minutes of content at twice the volume of your pleasant voice.
