Про " ничейную территорию" за которой никто не ухаживает - там нет ничейной))
«Вот видите, какая плохая застройка в Москве, а вот какая в Питере. Поэтому в Москве все плохо».
Если вы берете Мурино, то и сравнивать нужно с аналогичной локацией, в Москве это те же Химки или Красногорск. При этом, я нисколько не отрицаю того факта, что в плане инвестиций в недвижимость Москва конечно гораздо более выигрышный вариант. В общем, видео притянуто за уши
