Prosecutors say Read was drunk when she struck her boyfriend, Boston Police Department Officer John O'Keefe with her SUV outside Boston Police Department Detective Brian Albert's home early on Jan. 29, 2022, and drove away. Read's defense is that Albert and Brian Higgins, a federal ATF agent, killed O'Keefe and she's being framed as part of a broad Massachusetts law enforcement conspiracy.

As a juror, I would be getting incredibly annoyed at the CW and judge not allowing me to hear the full story. It would make me suspicious of what the CW was trying to hide 🧐🤨

How can they continue this trial! Reasonable doubt 101! This was well prepared and well informed cross! It's pretty clear that frostbite would have occurred well before other hypothermic injury! The nose, fingers and toes go first!

The judge is absolutely doing whatever is possible to not allow the attorney to get the proper information they are looking for. The jury must be taking notice of this by now. The defense attorney has to be more than careful about EVERY SINGLE question they ask. And even then…their questions get blocked ! This is the strangest trial I’ve ever watched or listened to ! It’s like everything that could be true, is stopped !!!

It's a good thing the jurors saw the location where JO body was and they must have noticed the flag pole and fire hydrant. Can't wait till the SUV data comes into evidence from Aperture!

I’m glad Dr. Scordi-Bello stuck to her guns with her report and testimony. She was also these least reluctant witness, somewhat reluctant is expected, but she didn’t let her bias blind her. She stated her testimony with confidence and didn’t seem to be reciting anything. It’s ok to not want to give an inch as a defense attorney grills you😂

She's sooo uncomfortable because she's bending the truth!! She looks like she's going to burst into tears at certain times... she knows the full truth.. and we can see the deception.
