"Evil" commanders are the most fun to play. I like decks that affect all opponents at once.

I think one category you could have included is the "everyone sacs all their creatures all the time" decks like Sephiroth. Where it's impossible to keep dudes on your board.

My favorite commander lately has been Indoraptor. Make big raptor, randomly chunk opponents for massive damage. Convince the table that triggering his enrage is a good thing because theres a 33% chance they get it and a 66% chance someone else does. Watch as the table dies to raptor.

As someone who built a Kefka deck as my first deck, I can say it truly feels evil getting rid of people's hands and board wiping people, only for that to be all in my benefit with things like Waste Not. Drawing a few cards per turn and making everyone discard, then late game drawing 5+ cards while opponents only get their draw. I really do feel like playing a deck like Kefka fully embodies the kind of character he is. It's a really bad feeling, but it's cool that they made a very evil villain, play like a villain. I fully understand if I'm taken out first.

Marchesa The Black Rose is one of the most versatile theft decks I’ve ever built. It’s diabolical, you sit there on your throne watching others gather their strength and pick your favorite creatures, yoink them hit them with their own creatures and then sac them to reanimate them permanently under your control. If that’s not evil enough you run all the edict effects possible to erase the unwanted creatures from their board. The worst part is, if they so much as try to target the things you’ve taken you sac it at instant speed and reanimate it at the next end step. Devious commander indeed.

Back in high school my friend got me to start playing magic. First game I played was a 1v1 against him and he used his grand arbiter counter tribal deck designed specifically to piss people off

Liesa is absolutely the bane of spammers and giving up some health to bring her back makes her a great lightning rod for removals so more important pieces can stay.

Fun fact:
$T4KS originally originally meant "the $4K solution", because it referred to a stall deck which cost around 4 grand at the time.
It also referred to the card Smoke Stacks, which was commonly used in it.

I didn't know it had taken on a completely different meaning, but the new one makes sense too

Valgavoth, Harrower of Souls can be insane once you get a rolling vortex-style effect and a damage amplifier like Solphim or Ojer Axonil into play. Everyone is taking 4 damage each upkeep except for you, and you're drawing cards and making a big scary flying guy. It's great.

7:17 mfs will look at me with the world's worst side eye before focusing all their removal on my y'shtola, but ignore the other player that has vivi with 20 counters

I run three very evil commanders. Judith, Carnage Connosuier, which board wipes and gives me life whenever I want. As well as making 2/2 red imps that explode on death. The Wise Mothman, which hands out rad counters that makes my opponents mill and makes my creatures stronger. And Olivia Voldaren, who steals my opponents creatures and makes them vampires. It's great when I just hold them hostage...
