Exploring Puerto Viejo and Costa Rica’s Caribbean Coast! 🇨🇷🌴 In part two of our Costa Rica vlog 2026, we continue down the coast to Puerto Viejo, visit a Bribri Indigenous community, spend time at some of the area’s beautiful beaches and explore Cahuita.

One of the biggest highlights of the trip was visiting a local Bribri family in Talamanca, where we had a traditional home-cooked lunch, learnt how cacao is made from scratch and got to learn more about their culture and way of life.

From there, we spent a few days around Puerto Viejo de Talamanca, which ended up being one of our favourite stops on the trip. Think colourful Caribbean towns, jungle, beaches and such a laid-back atmosphere 🌴

We also made it to Cahuita National Park, where you can literally walk through the rainforest with the Caribbean Sea right beside you.
