Realistically, that 4% obesity rate in japan, Is probably sumo wrestlers.

To be honest an average person wouldn’t know about calories and macronutrients unless they are into exercise and workout.

I appreciate you admit the bad food is delicious.  That’s such a huge part of the problem.

Wow! That cinnamon roll for breakfast? That looked like it would be an amazing dessert for 4 people on a special occasion.

Honestly I think being a walkable city makes such a difference..

Edit: ok lowkey I always see ppl who get loads of likes and edit their comments like this…
So thanks guys 😜

"The most popular resistance training here is probably just chewing."

I grew up about an hour and a half from Little Rock.

By age 12 I was 230 pounds. My doctor voiced his concern and my family changed doctors because (even though I was at the doctor every month) I was just “healthy” for my age.

Everyone in my family had heart disease, diabetes, etc. I’m the last one without it, I just have lipedema. I’m still in the overweight category but I’m working harder every day to one day just be average size.

You should take a person from the fattest city to the skinniest city. That would be interesting

"..... They got a gallon of sweet tea sir" 😂😂😂

Man figured out how to make vacations a business tax break.

He eats "a lot of Asian food," yet doesn't "eat vegetables".... WTF

If you pull up the crime statistics in each of these "overweight" cities, you might find a correlation.  People are too scared to walk around, they just stay in their houses and eat to try and feel good about their lives.

Most people actually don't know how many calories are in 1g of protein or 1g of fat, it's not basic knowledge for regular people at all

the lady in the mall had to look around to say  "i love salads" lmao

Wtf is a breakfast appetizer hahaha

日本人からすると運動量などはほとんど関係がなく炭酸飲料のサイズやスナックや揚げ物を食べる量と回数が全く違うのが一番の差だと思います。

I was averaging between 20,000-24,000 steps per day in Tokyo. Very walkable city. Makes a huge difference.

“ water they’re healthy for you “ 😂

I love how he doesnt hate on the food on purpose saying it looks disgusting or too heavy like the other fit youtubers but instead he actually shows that he enioys that meal
