The fact that Olajuwon was drafted ahead of the 🐐 and no one questions Houston’s decision is a testament to just how good Olajuwon was.

Fun fact: Hakeem signed a shoe deal with Spalding over bigger brands like Nike and Converse because he wanted basketball shoes to be affordable for everyone.

If hakeem is not in your top ten you don't know basketball, this man won every award In '94. Iykyk.

Greatest ever centre in my opinion. 7ft swiss army knife with twinkle toes. Olajuwon a legend!!

Hakeem is very underrated and should be considered top 10

It's not accurate to claim Hakeem learned English in America. Nigeria's national language is English and furthermore, his parents were middle class, owned a thriving cement business and could afford to send him to good schools.

Hakeem is my number 1 favourite Center of all time

i'm a 36 yrs old Nigerian rockets fan ... got a rockets olajuwon jeysey on my 10h birthday .... also met hakeem in nigeria when i was 16 ... great man

Hakeem was drafted first overall in his draft, two picks before MJ, and to this day, no one has ever said that it was a wasted pick!

The greatest two-way player and one of the greatest centers in NBA and Basketball history Hakeem The Dream Olajuwon 🇳🇬🐐

As a Nigerian myself, i loved this video and i was born in the same city as Hakeem and i strive to be like him and make it to the nba

Had the most beautiful footwork, even to this day! It shows you fundamentals are extremely hard to master, but if you can do it, you’ll be leagues ahead of your competition. Great video! It’s inspiration for my channel 🤝🏾

i genuinely think Hakeem could play today's type of basketball and still be dominate. Thats how good he was

He's literally the GREATEST center when all things are considered, he was among the MOST ELITE on BOTH sides of the court, as well as having a unique style...Hakeem is the BEST imo

HAKEEM IVE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS VID FOR SO LONG THANKS NONSTOP!!!

"in his prime, which was the first 13 years of his career" bro what???!!!👀

Most underrated bigman of all time
Most dominant center in an era where centers were the main thing

8:25 imagine if that happened 😮😮😮😮

6'11 at 17yrs old is absolutely wild,
With a 7'5 wing span....bro😂😮‍💨🏀💪🏻

Hakeem Olajuwon’s footwork was beautiful. His touch around the basket, and fluidity was unreal for his size

The greatest center of all time. ❤
