Why ministry of external affairs and the Indian embassy in Kuwait not taking action on the sponsors and employers for holding the passports of the employee?
A passport is a legal document which is to be hold by an individual at all times and especially during emergency situation.

not all sponsors good, but many helped by embassy and social  activists

embassy no authority or incentive to help, domestic w/o permission of ministry of interior.

I have a question. Why the embassy give white passport ( emergency certificate). When they know very well that the passport is with the employer.
