This is OMT. He's in control of everything, from the world to himself, hence his horrific forms. Don't expect the emeralds to stop him, Knuckles secret death shows why. He can manipulate himself to have a variety of forms: Spider, Snake, some form of Venus Fly trap, a multi mouthed monster, a Lord X look alike and decided to replace the mouth hands for tentacles so he can stab his victims, not to mention the fact that he can easily sprout multiple appendages out of every part of his body. This is HIS WORLD, therefore he will always win no matter what. The more you try to save his victims, the more they suffer. Believe me, I know.

Sonic exe and sonic are completely two different characters sonic is heroic while sonic exe is a demonic enitty that took the form of sonic to lure in his victims

I am glad he did not notice their presence but I must keep that universe on lock in order for ours to stay safe, I am sorry to the people of that universe for having to deal with the exe but I do not exist in every universe.
