They ALWAYS say oh I never wear this, knowing damn well that’s their everyday uniform 😂😂😂

Loose the weight...avoid hypertension, diabetes, high cholesterol and several CANCERS.

Going out=stepping a foot outside your door

“ Pookie and Ray Ray love this look” lord I love her honesty. 😂

Ladies once you leave the house you are OUTside!! 😂😂
I love this channel ❤

‘I’m never mean I’m
Just honest. ‘

lol the way she bucked her eyes whenwhen she heard 140 lbs.,  PEAK weight blindless.

Ladies need to remember that the internet is major exposure. You never know who's watching. I also see a few channels that review Ms. Ashley's channel, which is more exposure than just those watching Mrs.Dalton's self made channels. Try to look your best if possible. You represent not only yourself,  but your black sisters and family. Looking good serves more than just your good. ❤

I work in healthcare p/t. Recently Lost 30lbs and a male coworker who has a crush on me (never dated, never kissed, never hugged, never gone on a date) randomly gave me a $100 bill. Another coworker who is a doctor told someone that he’s interested in me. Weight MATTERS

What these women don’t get. STOP going anywhere like that! You don’t have to be “going out”. Look presentable even going to look for a car! What is so hard to understand about that. Pull yourself together if your stepping a foot out your house

Lost 84 pounds - so many areas were unlocked - the type of men that approach me totally changed.. I feel so much better in clothes.

You can do it guest 1! The fact that you asked, and how you asked, shows you are ready to do the work. I have a family member that was close to 200 pounds this year, and now she's around 170 pounds. We are making sure she gets to 150 by December and she's going to continue to lose more after that.

140 lbs is a good start but it is still big for 5'2.
I'm also 5'2 and used to be 138lbs and my stomach looked super bloated. I wanna get down to 120. Currently at 127 lbs.

I’ve started taking baby steps toward my glow up. Lash gel, filling them in, skin care, lip liner, a pink lipstick, some gloss, and keeping my hair done. I feel more confident and have been getting complimented left and right. Still working on the outfit and shoe part, along with fitness. But I must say, the proof is in the pudding; Ms. Ashley is the real deal.

I was very small at one point, then gained over 40lbs. I saw the difference in how people treated me as well as how exhausted and unmotivated I felt. These past few months I have been working on losing weight and I’m 20lbs down. I love it and will continue to keep going.

Yes. I love getting free stuff and/or helped first. I’m happily married and I make sure I  always look great when I go outside. And like Ashley says it’s easy to stand out bc most women literally do not try.

140 or 160 lbs at 5’2” is still overweight, but I guess she has to start somewhere.  She’s got a long way to go and I hope she gets there.  Black women - we’ve got to do better with our weight!!

I am just under 200 lbs. I am obese. I know it and I am working on it. I hear all the time "Oh you don't look big" or men would say I look just fine and I'm thick. No. Just because you have curves or the fat is in preferred areas, it doesn't necessarily mean you are healthy. The black community in general needs to fix our standards on weight and what is healthy. My knees and organs will thank me later because they're disintegrating rn yall!

Ladies put on a dress and a little bit of makeup. I am 51 this year. I get compliments from men and women when I do. As Ashley said, they do things for you as well.

Please take Ashley's advise. No excuses.  Your looking for a specific type of man and she looks .........like she needs to put in the work. Mind, body, and soul.
