The last block you used was a pumice stone

If you get rid of the birds, you will have more biting bugs

I think I'm going to start a new business....Traveling horse deshedder. I love this stuff. lol

I think you’d like trying the equigroomer, I use it on my cats tho 😂

As a dog groomer of over 10 years, the best de-shedding product is not an expensive, gimmicky product, it is a cheap rubber brush with bristles that are flexible.  Going against the growth of the fur results in the hair flying everywhere in just seconds.

The sleek-EZE is "the best" out there for shedding. 😊

The sleek Eze is where it’s at!

He looks great for such an old boy - especially after his de-shedding! You’re taking excellent care of him!!!

Only thing I can say that might work for the birds is if you staple some screen material to the bottoms of the rafters in the barn. This should allow airflow like you need but keep them from being able to hang out up there. Next best option is maybe try and get a door net that has the magnets in the middle to span the width of the barn doors so they can’t fly in at all. I don’t know how the horses would like the nets on the doors but if you think they would be fine it would be the easiest option. You can make it yourself out of those screens they sell for pop up tents and some magnets. The screens are fairly inexpensive but also durable. It may even help a bit with the flies that get in the barn.

Hello, Car detailer here. That brick is genuinely called a Grille Brick. Smells like sulfur (rotten eggs) and feels absolutely vile under the finger nails. THE. BEST. THING. for getting fur out of anything. Never failed me getting hair out of carpet and nasty smells! Truly a wonder. Very cheap too, we’d use license plates to cut a chunk off to use. It’s like a giant block.

That is really wonderful how much came off with the circular metal thingy. I use the equigroomer on my dog and I LOVE it! My dog is a short haired mini dachshund, but she had a ton of hair that was shedding. I could cover another whole dog with all the fur I got off her!

Not my auHD brain thinking....you could make a horsehair blanket with the hair....

The pumice tool is volcanic rock. Thats why its so tough.

7:06 You can hang marked yellow paper balls from the ceiling, birds seem to think they’re giant eyes & they’re scared away. Another option is to get a realistic owl figure & post it by the doors to the barn. They work great when they’re new but if you don’t move them around, the birds eventually figure out they’re not dangerous

My absolute fave for horses, dogs, cats, all pets is the SleekEZ. Toughest undercoat and shed drops with minimal effort. It’s super satisfying!

SLEEK EZ it is amazing! I noticed cat hair around the house, bought the tool on Amazon & I love it.  It takes the hair off easily & no hair balls. I believe you were using a pumice stone on Amigo.

My favourite dish shedding tool and I think you’d like it cause you like how that one takes off all the hair and like big clumps is the sleek easy I just love it because I find that the metal curry combs don’t get all the hair off the skin and the sleek easy just pulls it right up

That was really cool and Amigo is such a sweet horse. ❤❤

This is so satisfying. When my dogs shed, I love pulling the clumps of hair. It doesn’t hurt them and I love it so this would be so satisfying!

That must feel soooo good.
