UPDATE:

Had a friendly conversation with Wolf and E;R, we went over all of the issues we had while talking about a lot of the praises for the show. I wanna clarify that I think it's better than I thought but I would still maintain it has some significant flaws. Wolf feels like hes on the fence about the show and that he wants to clarify that there were elements to compare with Kylo Ren but that Zuko is significantly better. I love the premise of the show, I just think the execution is a tad floomped.

Really not looking to rile any of you up, I was just told for a long time by many people that this is a masterpiece of a show and like, I can barely rate it as "okay". Possibly because of the expectation but I still gotta stay honest about the issues I have with it. o/

Also people are curious why I didn't want to continue with another video? I figured since we clocked in at 5 hours and that we hadn't done Superchats and being lower energy meant that it would make more sense to put it into a future EFAP with an accompanying video. I thought Teal Deer was an awesome guest but I figured we had a strong set of coverage and I wanted to make sure we got everything sorted. There's always going to be more (At least for now hehe) and he will absolutely be welcomed back on.

"Avatar TLA is as terribly written as the sequels, and Zuko is as inconsistent a character as Kylo."

Everyone disliked that.

E:R right now: I sense a disturbance in the force

E;R needs to take poor Rag'''''s behind the shed. He clearly got bitten by a Tism wolf

"ATLA is terribly written"
E;R and Literature Devil: Allow us to introduce ourselves.

I like the idea of E;R appearing anytime someone says they don't like Avatar.

Avatar is a cartoon about fire/water/wind/earth wizards made for childeren.

Somebody get ER his voice back, we need him for this

And thus the grimdark EFAP villain arc begins...

EFAP #76’s Final Few Minutes: An Unbridled Rage

For once: “kick rags” but unironically

Remember when Rag's complained about Major Lee and Remarkable Republican being bad faith trolls? He has become the very thing he swore to destroy.

Rags: ATLA sucks
Chat: Wow really! waits for an explanation
Rags: You only like ATLA because you haven’t seen it since you were 12. It’s just as bad as the sequels
Chat: annoyed That’s straw manning and you’re not making any real arguments
Rags: It’s just a dumb anime. Anime sucks too, all Chinese cartoons are bad and you only like them because your a weaboo
Chat: frustrated Unless you can give us examples you’re just trolling
Rags: No
Mauler: Sorry things are getting heated. But the chat IS heckling Rags
Me: I like you guys a lot but that’s some serious tism

Friendship ended with Rags
Now E;R is my best friend

"Why are there so many inconsistences in Star Wars? Let's jump into medieval England!"
ROFL!

To say that Kylo and Zuko are similar is to say that every redmeption arch is bad.

“If the force was a character you’d slap him” don’t you know mauler, the force is female

"ATLA's writing is as bad as the sequel trilogy" ok you’re entitled to your incorrect opinon.

Is E;R actually a Lovecraftian old one that is awakened when someone mentions ATLA?
