U cut the extra clothes with so much perfection i could never do that

One tip: At the roundest part of the shoe top (where it hits your foot), you could make a little vertical cut. The two sides would then neatly over lap each other. You wouldn't have to work so hard to have the curve without bunching. You could try this on the toe, but I would experiment first.
