I've seen almost all of your videos, many of them twice. Your channel is my favorite of all ferry and train video channels. You explain every dish completely (no others do this) and you are discreet (not a narcissist). Your gentle humor is sweet. I know you love curry. I saw a recipe for curried cockles. I thought you might like it. It was on the public television network in the U.S.. The show was originally broadcast on BBC (Britain). The name of the show was Mary Berry's Country House Secrets and the episode was Powderham Castle. I am an elderly American woman (73 years old) who was raised in Japan for four years as a child and I love Japanese cuisine. May God bless you and keep you. :)

For those wondering (and for any boorishly superior [jealous?] types actually mocking/sneering) at the apparent lack of people on board, don't forget that STJ is very careful how he films. Exploring the ship at just the right moment (4 a.m. or midnight or during main meal times) and editing out sequences where there are people in shot gives an entirely false impression of how busy things are.

The local people behave quietly in public. A cruise ship doesn't attract rowdy drunks or hordes of shouting, shrieking, half-naked party animals.

STJ's ferry, bus, plane and train videos are all edited to feature the journey, not the travellers. It's not just cleverly done, it also shows a deep sense of respect for other people's privacy.

Curry for breakfast? And a bridge to grilled curry? Heaven on Earth! 🩷💜🩷💜🩷

I've only done small ferries and large cruise ships - it was nice to see this smaller cruise.  The food looked amazing, and being a small cruise, it was probably extremely relaxing without the shows and crowds of people.

I wish I could get a recipe for the curry you ate at breakfast!
