What an insane time to have witnessed. The years of this battle before it actually took place is what makes it the greatest rap record battle of all-time. I feel bad for those who’ll never get to see/hear/feel this sort of competition in the future. The rivalry was epic and to finally get the payoff of the war taking place on the world’s stage. It’s still entertaining us to this day. Great video!

This needs to be saved in the US National Archives.

This battle gave him the greatest resume in hiphop history hands down imo. He was #1 even before the battle but now it's undeniable

We'll never get over it! This story has so much depth! ❤❤❤

how did the world ever let Drake recover after saying “those were some harsh words” ? I’ll never understand that.

Well done. There will never be enough videos documenting such a pivotal time in hip hop, the culture, and it is still unfolding. You're doing what many of our ancestors did by documenting history. It is an art to keep account of everything that happens so generations to come are aware. It's important. Keep doing what you're doing!

I really enjoyed this. The battle was entertaining... I'll never get tired of hearing this story be (accurately) retold! Well done. Looking forward to part 2.
