I personally love when ASMRtist "do something" to me. Like drawing me, examining me, sculpting me was an interesting one I saw once. And I also absolutely love light triggers like follow the light and stuff like that

You killed me.

Fantastic as always; you can't beat the one-two tingles of audio-visual together.

For me my triggers i always fall back on if I want to be 100% sure to relax or sleep, it's breathing or heartbeats. I always end up matching the relaxed pace of the audio and can calm down and sleep really quickly.

A couple of triggers I like but don't often come across though are the glass of water and ice, and the sound of paper/book pages turning. Each is refreshing and relaxing in their own way.

I’m not sure why but I find your asmr content to be a lot more relaxing than other creators.

9:15 I already love fluffy brushing as a sound, but this visual touch makes it even better ^^

something you brought up is the fact that you like it when a trigger comes with some explanation. i love that too! especially in scenarios where i am being directly interacted with such as measuring, Cranial Nerve Exams, ear-cleaning etc. i tend to get phantom-sensation if i can strongly immerse myself, and explanations like that are a huge help to this. sometimes i gets me so good the tingle crawls halfway down my spine, heheh.

the fact you do things in VR also massively helps this, as it further heightens my immersion. though, most VR-ASMR is done in two parts; the video and the post, and the actual audio is all in post. it's insanely easy for me to catch those disconnects and thus get knocked out of my immersion which nigh-immediately kills the tingles. hence, i'm quite glad that this doesn't seem to be the case with you most the time, if at all.

actually, in many ways, you're pretty-much the perfect ASMRtist for me, so please just continue doing what you do best!

Great choices of triggers! You never fail to help me get comfy.

Mine favorites are also the dry hands and fluffy brushing! i would also add the wooden stick scooping to that, But my absolute top of the list are those triggers that guides your relaxation, a.k.a. hypnosis, positive affrimations, whispers, etc and thus i am extremally glad that i found you, a person who fills their content not only with constant explanations of what you plan to do/are doing, but also a visual presentation of what you will do, like tracing chin for example. it really wakes up my imaginations with no effort, letting me both have full Image and awareness of what is happening, and letting me relax without thinking by myself. ♥ Really God's work you do!

It’s got time-stamps! Looks like she’s hand-picked us some of the best she’s got for the night ✨

Excellent balance of sound. And I always liked the brushing sounds

Latex glove sounds are my favorite, but i think my favorite with it is ear massage, and maybe ear digging with them. Always puts me to sleep.

These are the exact same triggers that are my favorite, im just glad im not the only one who likes all of these

Oooh, I also love latex glove sounds!  I think my favorite triggers are oil ear massage and ear cupping.

Just came back from school and honestly needed this, Mondays are tiring.

Love the video! My favorite trigger is anything to do with water, like spraying or splashing

excellent time to open yt this morning

Soya you're incredible, thanks for all these recent uploads. What a gem wow

Man your Latex glove exams always hit the spot <3

Perfect timing for a good night sleep, thank you for your effort as always! I also wanted to say youre the only one whose hand movements trigger something in my head, you just do it a different special soft way, soyasumi ❤️

I don't get anything from visuals, sadly. I wish i could share that extra dimension.
I get extremely common and powerful tingles from audio, however, and this is fantastic audio.  Thank you for sharing your favorite triggers, and for your time and effort. You obviously put a lot of work into this, and because you enjoyed it so much, that's what made it so good.

Looking forward to more.
