今の生活があるのは師匠に背中を押して貰えたからです👍
であれば、5つのデメリットのうち、（①は個人ではどうしようもないことですが）②～⑤はほぼ問題に感じないように思いました。
それよりも、社保＆相続＆旅費日当のメリットのほうがはるかに上回るのではないでしょうか。
以前は、法人のメリットにも言及されていたと感じていましたが、最近は（実際危うさもあると思っていますが）デメリット押しが強いように感じますね💦
生活費を勘案しての良識ある役員報酬は大切です。
だがしかし！業績の波で決算間近に大きな収益が出来た際に「ボーナスで従業員の皆さんへダイレクト還元」が平成15年から「無駄無駄無駄無駄無駄無駄ァーーーッ、社保払ってもらうで」となったのは景気の下押し圧力になった気がします(´･_･`)
法人登記の時の電話番号って基本契約は個人でするので、毎月の役員借入金になりますよね？電話番号を変えたら定款から銀行の登録やクレカや何から全部変えないとですし、その費用も馬鹿にならない。
あと銀行で借りずに自費で出した役員借入金でシステムの購入計上したのですが、役員報酬とのバランスがわからなくなってます💧
